About Us
TALO is a woman led community initiative that focuses on advocacy and enrichment. At TALO we value empowering one another through the sharing of knowledge and information. We support underrepresented communities by developing programs that help facilitate progress in all areas of their lives.
Established in 2017, TALO was founded to enhance accessibility for individuals encountering obstacles that may not be readily apparent or given priority when accessing services.
In 2024, we expanded our services by creating enrichment programs designed to engage and empower young people when making decisions that impact their future.
Although diverse, Bristol still struggles with significant disparities between classes. The organization's primary goal is to enhance the economic status and personal wealth of the community, foster social engagement, and strengthen relationships within the family unit and broader society.
